Juicy fruit, bright acidity with an expressive nose, with hints of pear and sage, this semi-aromatic EU certified organic white wine is delightfully naturally balanced. On the lees for 4 months with weekly battonage, it is made with native yeast fermentation in steel. Some pairing suggestions: brie cheese and fish tacos.
